At the funeral of Richard Hopkins who was also known as " Hoppy ". These words were said, one of Hoppy's sons, Vince got up and had a few words to say about his dad. He said and I quote: Dad I want to thank you for buying that 750 Honda. The bike was bored to 836cc and had nitros-oxide.Vince went on to say we could hear dad coming home for 2 miles away up Main St. because of the loud pipes. All the kids knew it was time to head home to beat dad home. Hoppy is deeply missed by The Dayton Motorcycle Club.
